We are a branch office for Patlin Enterprises featuring Barden Homes, who have been selling quality homes since 1909. With over 200 plans to choose from don’t forget that you can modify, or customize anything. By building your home out of high-quality solid timbers, you can be sure that it will stand strong and sturdy for generations. As real estate agents, we can also help you find your piece of land for your dream home.  Don’t forget – if we can’t meet your needs with new construction, we will help you find an existing home on the market that will meet your needs.

	Panelized Homes: Our panelized homes are designed and constructed with your needs and budget in mind. Energy efficient, modern, spacious floorplans and quality materials, coupled with our unique panelized wall and floor systems allow your home to be crane erected on your site.
	A Modular Home is a highly engineered method of construction. Sections of the home, or modules, are built inside the controlled environment of a factory to the most exacting standards. When the sections are completed, they are transported to the site.
